Privacy policy

Last updated: October 5, 2026

Short version: we don't use cookies, ad trackers or analytics, and we don't sell anything about you.

Person in charge of personal information

The person in charge of the protection of personal information for Ambiance Cosy can be reached at contact@ambiancecosy.com.

What we collect

• Browsing this site: we set no cookies and run no analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks, under its own privacy policy.
• Emails you send us: your address and message, used only to reply. We delete them within 12 months of our last exchange.

If we ever add analytics or tracking, we will update this page first, and anything that identifies, locates or profiles you will stay off until you actively turn it on.

Service providers and storage outside Quebec

To run this site we rely on service providers that may store or process information outside Quebec and Canada, mainly in the United States: Cloudflare (hosting, security and email forwarding) and Google (the mailbox where messages to our address are delivered). We chose them because they offer protections we consider adequate, and we only share what is needed for the service.

Links to other sites (including Amazon)

When you click a link to a retailer such as Amazon, you leave this site. Amazon may set cookies to credit the referral and applies its own privacy policy. We receive aggregated sales reports, never information that identifies you.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or receive a copy of personal information we hold about you, ask us to stop disseminating it or de-index it, or withdraw your consent, by writing to the address above. We reply within 30 days. Residents of Quebec may also contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

Children

This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13.
